This contains a list of name value pairs. What goes in there are as per the conventions of your office. This can describe various properties that belong to the entire project. At some point, our TAD community would standardize some of these names – so that when TAD files are exchanged; people would know what these properties really mean.

You can add/delete these as per your requirements. If you double click on a particular field, you would get a bigger editor – just in case you want to write lots of stuff.
