TAD has an excellent way of getting shapes from external websites. You will see a list of those in here. Those sites allow you to create shapes that TAD can directly use – think of them as shape editors and some of you may like to create shapes there to be used in TAD, instead of creating the shapes directly in TAD itself.

The list of sites (urls) are stored in a tab under the Application Settings. You can add to the list there by modifying the file tadshapeurls.txt which is present in the same folder from where the TAD application starts on your computer.
