TAD has been working since Windows XP days. It works at the latest Snapdragon X based Windows computers too*. It works both on 64bit as well as 32 bit Windows.
But there can be some subtle problems.
The 3D Previewer is missing the scrollbars. Though you cannot see the horizontal or vertical scrollbars in the previewer, you can go to the lower edge (where the horizontal scrollbar should been) or the right edge (where the vertical scrollbar should have been) and click in the invisible thumbtrack and the preview will rotate/zoom-in/zoom-out as expected
