 The //tips// system is a powerful tutorial system. You can click on the //Fetch// button and then get more tips from the Internet.  The //tips// system is a powerful tutorial system. You can click on the //Fetch// button and then get more tips from the Internet. 
  
-In some rare situation; you could get a //List out of bounds// error with the tips. The reason is as follows:  Say your copy of TAD had 15 tips; and then you reached the 15 tip inside that  (i.e. the last tip).  Then you quit and restarted the program; and again you fetched //Fetch//   This time our server had only 12 tips. But the last tip available in your system was 15 -- which now does not exists. Hence this error may come up.  The error is harmless, you can ignore it +You can easily translate the tips, by using the //Translate// button. Note that from version 6.8.5.0  TAD can even translate the last seen status message. Just press Alt-F2 for that
