Shift current vertex to pointed object's vertex

When you press the shift key and right mouse key together, it would attempt to find if there was a vertex of another object nearby (within the stepsize). If so, then the current object's first vertex (where the first helper is located) would be shifted to that found vertex

This command is very useful to wrap one object (like a “skin”) around a set of other objects. Very useful to create envelopes, in short.
