We may periodically send you special deals, latest updates and other promotional material in relation to the Software and Services. We respect the privacy of our user and therefore you would have an option to opt out or unsubscribe from these communications.. However, you cannot unsubscribe from the messages and emails which are delivered per the applicable law and the important for use of Software and the Services, e.g. temporary suspension of Services due to maintenance.

We use your internet protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. We do not link your IP address which accesses our website to any personal information. We use tracking information to determine which areas our website users’ visit based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how often each page is visited. This helps us maintain a superior and informative website for you.

The Personal Information collected by us is controlled by Information Technology Act, 2000 (India). We will not share or disclose the Personal Information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell the Personal Information.

You may wish to participate in social media platform hosted and made available by us. The main aim of the social media platform is to facilitate and allow you to access the Services. Non-private or Non-Personal Information

You shall be required to separately register in order to participate in forums, chat rooms, blogs etc. which are provided by us. In the event of such registration, you shall be able to chat with various other vendors and contractors for a stipulated period of time.

4. Changing or Deleting Your Information

If you are a registered user, you may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in your user account. If the Personal Information changes, or if you no longer desire to avail the Services, you may update or delete it by making the change to your account. In some cases we may retain copies of the Personal Information if required by law.

We will retain the Personal Information for as long as your user account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. We may retain and use the Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consistent with these requirements, we will try to delete the Personal information quickly upon reasonable request. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting the Personal Information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist after deletion. In addition, we do not delete from our servers files that you have in common with other users.

You understand and acknowledge that the format of storing the Personal Information may change at our sole discretion, where the versions may be updated by us.

We adhere to the best practices for data protection, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

As a matter of security we take back-up of systems periodically. Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protections. Our systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible and we take no liabilities or responsibilities for it.

You are responsible for all actions take with your user account and password. Therefore, we do not recommend that you disclose your password to any third parties. If you choose to share your user account and password or the Personal Information with third parties, you shall be solely responsible for all such actions. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over the Personal Information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf.

7. Audit

We understand and acknowledge that the data produced by you is private and confidential. We may have in place an auditor who will investigate and certify that process we use to ensure that your data is kept in a secure place and there is no chance of tampering from our end. In case you have any grievances or issues, you may contact the auditor who may be appointed. We shall not be liable in any manner for any data intentionally shared by you with third parties.

We would be using the technology called cookies on your browser in order to give a facile user experience. These cookies would be used as per current standards on acceptable use of Cookies. Cookies are small files that are transferred to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser that enables the sites to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies to understand and save your preferences for future visits.

9. Limitation of Liability

The license rights holder of TAD will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, and all liabilities (including for negligence, loss or damage such as loss of revenue, unavailability of system or loss of data and loss of the Personal Information) and for use of or inability to use material, Software or Services of any kind that is offered or to provide indemnity or any other remedy to User or any third party.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party will be in default or liable for any delay or failure to comply with this Privacy Policy (other than any payment of money) due to any act beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including, without limitation to failures of Internet, computer equipment, telecommunication, power, provided such party immediately notifies the other.

11. Third Party Sites

We may provide links of other websites on our website, without any accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, warranty, merchantability, endorsement, and suitability, any assurance of quality, authenticity, and appropriateness to view such websites and responsibility, liability, obligations on part of the website. This Privacy Policy does not apply when you access such sites, links. We shall not be liable to any infomercials that are advertised on our Website by third party advertisers. These advertises shall be governed by their respective policies and terms of service, which you are requested to be aware of.

Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers, are those of the respective author(s) or distributors and not of the copyright holder of TAD.

Your decision to act on such third party content shall be solely at your own risk.

12. Termination

This Privacy Policy along with the Agreement of our Terms of Service contains the entire understanding and agreement between you and us, the copyright holder of TAD. It supersedes any and all prior understandings relating to the Software and the Services. This Privacy Policy cannot be changed or terminated orally. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other provisions and the Privacy Policy will be deemed amended to the extent necessary. Any provision which must survive in order to allow us to enforce its meaning shall survive the termination of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy should be at all times read along with the Agreement.
