If you had registered into the externally hosted Zulip based chat system, and you forgot your password into that system; you can recover it from the Zulip password reset page Please note that if this is the route you used for registering TAD; then you need to give the API Key of your account at Zulip, instead of the password; when authenticating your membership inside TAD . The API Key can be seen inside Zulip, under your settings
