The last command you did was to save (or at least try to save) the current TAD model

Feeling lost? Start learning TAD here.

The save command saves your current TAD file in the location specified. To save your file - go to main menu, click on file and click save. Be sure to specify your location properly or you may find yourself a little lost when you want to relocate the file again.

Use Ctrl+S to save the file directly. Get to know your shortcuts here.

You may want to go through these now?
