When you switch on the Grid using the application settings dialog; you can drag the architect using your mouse – if you leave it outside the architect itself; it will get magnetically attracted to one of the nearest grid points. This can be useful for those who work with grids

Note that this feature works ONLY when you switch on the grid AND also the drop location is not within the shape of the “architect” itself.
